The Docs Went Dark.
This Is the Replacement.

I'm Concept211, and I write everything on Terminalpedia. I've been trading Solana memecoins since 2024, through Padre before pump.fun bought it and through Terminal after the rename, alongside Axiom, Photon and BullX. I also build automated trading tooling, which is why the pages here about slippage, priority fees and fill quality read the way they do.

Why this site exists

Terminal's official documentation is gone. docs.padre.gg hosted a full GitBook covering the FAQ, the security model, transaction settings and the wallet guides. Sometime between March and May 2026 it was taken offline. Today every path on that host returns a 302 redirect to the app's sign-in screen, including /sitemap.xml and /llms.txt, and it does the same thing for Googlebot, so this is deliberate rather than a bot challenge.

Google has not caught up. Those doc pages still rank under their original titles, so somebody searching for “Padre transaction settings” or “Padre wallets” clicks a top result and lands on a login wall instead of the page they wanted. Meanwhile support is a Discord ticket behind an invite, the announcement channel has been silent since October 2025, and most of what Reddit returns for “Padre” is referral spam.

So the documentation that used to exist is unreachable, and the questions it answered are still being asked. That gap is the entire reason for this site. Terminalpedia republishes what that documentation covered, updated against what the app actually ships today, with the provenance of every claim marked so you can judge it yourself.

Where the facts come from

Three sources, and the site labels which one a given number came from:

  • Official live pages. Anything pump.fun still publishes, mainly the fee schedule. Highest confidence, and where a number exists here we use it.
  • Archived captures of the dead GitBook from January to March 2026. Useful, and in several places demonstrably stale.
  • Terminal's live production JavaScript bundle. The strongest evidence for what the app currently does, because it is the app.

When the archived docs and the shipped code disagree, the code wins and the page says so. The full breakdown, including the specific places they conflict and the claims we refuse to publish, is on the methodology page.

How this site makes money

Referral links. When you open Terminal through our referral link, pump.fun pays us a share of the trading fees you generate. The standard partner rate is 35% of those fees. Nothing you do on the platform costs more because of it.

What you get in return is not a discount, and I want to be exact about that, because plenty of sites imply otherwise. Terminal charges a flat 1% trading fee and there are no volume tiers, no VIP table, and no way to pay less per trade. What the link changes is cashback:

  • Sign up with no referral and your cashback on your own trading fees is 10%.
  • Sign up through a referral link and it is boosted to 35%, paid in SOL, accruing per trade.

That rate is decided at signup by whether a referral code was stored in your browser first, so it cannot be applied afterwards. One honest caveat: the 35% figure is confirmed in the live in-app copy, while the 10% default floor comes from archived documentation only and we have not been able to re-verify it in the current app. The referral page covers the mechanics, and the fee calculator turns the difference into a dollar figure for your own trade size.

Some pages also carry affiliate links to hardware wallets, tax software and portfolio trackers. Same rule: we earn a commission, your price does not change, and every recommendation on the trader's stack carries an explicit note about who it is wrong for.

What you will not find here

  • Invented bonuses. There is no secret fee discount, no exclusive code, and no promo the platform does not actually run. The Vyper migration cashback of up to 90% was real in February 2026 and has since expired. Sites still advertising it are out of date.
  • Features that do not exist. TWAP orders are widely attributed to Terminal and are not in the product. There is no public API and no native mobile app. We check the shipped code before writing a feature up.
  • Silence about the bad parts. The PADRE token lost all utility at the acquisition and fell roughly 80%. Execution speed draws consistent criticism against Axiom. The default slippage setting quietly costs small traders money. Those all have pages here.
  • Links to the dead docs. We never link docs.padre.gg, because sending you to a login wall is not help.
